The role acts as a central liaison, identifies operational bottlenecks, maintains key business records, and supports workshops, planning cycles, and stakeholder engagement.

Conduct operational audits by scoping risks, mapping workflows, evaluating controls, performing walkthroughs and testing, documenting findings, and recommending improvements. The role also involves preparing audit planning documents, reporting observations to management, tracking remediation actions, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. Candidates should hold a professional audit qualification and be returning from a career break of at least two years.
