Lead the Group Insurance Risk function, partner with underwriting, actuarial and capital teams, advise on risk appetite and strategic initiatives, deliver executive risk reporting, oversee stress testing and emerging risks, and manage a team while driving data-driven analytics and dashboards to inform decision-making.

Prepare, review and submit Syndicate financial statements under US GAAP; reconcile ledger accounts; ensure accurate reporting to Group and regulators; analyse performance and variances; coordinate with auditors and actuaries; support finance transformation and maintain robust financial controls for Lloyd's Syndicate operations.

Lead and oversee month-end close, SOX controls, and preparation of compliant financial statements (US, UK, Lux GAAP). Act as Luxembourg Financial Controller for CES regulatory reporting, manage outsourced reporting teams, support audits, partner with CFO on board/audit committee papers, and design accounting policies, processes and controls to improve and automate financial reporting.

The Ceded Reinsurance Placement Officer will lead reinsurance placements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage Ceded Re projects while building relationships in the market.
