Develop brand strategy, campaigns, digital marketing, sponsorship activations, events, customer marketing, agency management, budget control, and lead generation while managing and developing a high-performing team.

Manage sales of R&J Strang tyre products to dealers, fleets and local customers across a defined UK territory. Meet sales and profitability targets, maintain dealer relationships and CRM data, analyse territory performance and KPIs, run marketing/dealer campaigns, manage budgets, and report market and competitor insights to management.

Support due diligence operations for business partners by clearing false positives (sanctions, adverse media, UBO), entering and correcting partner data, tracking mitigation measures, performing annual sample checks, and providing first-line IT/tool support and user access assistance.
