Generate and qualify enterprise leads for the UK market through researched, personalized outreach. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, maintain Salesforce records, experiment with messaging and channels, and represent the company at events. Focus on starting consultative conversations and building a high-quality pipeline.

Own strategy and execution of multi-channel demand gen campaigns to drive sales-qualified opportunities. Build 1:few account-based plays and 1:many nurtures (email, webinars, paid), manage audience segmentation and A/B tests, leverage HubSpot/6sense/Salesforce for targeting and reporting, and collaborate with Sales, Content, and Product Marketing to hit pipeline targets.

Provide commercial and privacy legal support for Constructor's EMEA customers: draft and negotiate SaaS agreements and DPAs, advise on GDPR, ePrivacy, NIS2, EU AI Act and PDPL, run data protection programs (ROPA, DPIAs, DSARs), support product privacy-by-design, monitor EU/UK regulatory developments, and build scalable legal processes and contract templates.
