Manage end-to-end e-discovery matters, serving as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams and legal stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking budgets, monitoring quality standards, coordinating communications, overseeing data collection and processing workflows, reporting metrics, and delivering consultative client service. The role requires managing straightforward projects, supporting project teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and working flexible hours based on project needs.

Manage end-to-end eDiscovery matters for local and global clients, including schedules, budgets, workflows, quality standards, reporting, and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact and provide consultative guidance on data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production. Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor project staff, manage client relationships, and develop best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.

Supports eDiscovery matters through data ingestion and processing, platform configuration, AI/ML tool testing, reporting, documentation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and project tracking. The Analyst assists with workflows across the EDRM lifecycle, contributes to client communications and knowledge resources, and coordinates with internal teams. The role provides training on Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, and emerging document-review technologies while working under Consultants and Senior Consultants.
