Supports Consultants and Senior Consultants in delivering eDiscovery matters across the EDRM lifecycle. Responsibilities include data ingestion and processing, platform configuration, AI/ML-assisted review workflows, reporting, documentation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, user management, project tracking, and client communications. The role provides training in Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, and emerging document-review technologies while contributing to knowledge bases, workflow improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.

Designs and supports eDiscovery workflows across Consilio’s Aurora platform, data processing, review platforms, and enterprise data sources. Responsibilities include solution architecture, data management and transformation, troubleshooting complex projects, technical implementation planning, platform expertise, roadmap feedback, and communicating technical concepts to varied audiences. The role requires extensive eDiscovery experience and collaboration across information governance, operations, project management, and analytics teams.

Manage end-to-end e-discovery matters, serving as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams and legal stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking budgets, monitoring quality standards, coordinating communications, overseeing data collection and processing workflows, reporting metrics, and delivering consultative client service. The role requires managing straightforward projects, supporting project teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and working flexible hours based on project needs.
