The role requires extensive eDiscovery experience and collaboration across information governance, operations, project management, and analytics teams.

Manage end-to-end e-discovery matters, serving as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams and legal stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing schedules, tracking budgets, monitoring quality standards, coordinating communications, overseeing data collection and processing workflows, reporting metrics, and delivering consultative client service. The role requires managing straightforward projects, supporting project teams, maintaining client satisfaction, and working flexible hours based on project needs.

Manage end-to-end eDiscovery matters for local and global clients, including schedules, budgets, workflows, quality standards, reporting, and deliverables. Serve as the primary client contact and provide consultative guidance on data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production. Coordinate cross-functional teams, mentor project staff, manage client relationships, and develop best practices to improve service quality and efficiency.

Lead end-to-end Ironclad CLM solution architecture for client implementations. Translate legal and business requirements into scalable workflows, templates, approval processes, data models, integrations, and contract structures. Partner with project managers, legal engineers, technical teams, and client stakeholders; lead discovery workshops, validate configurations, oversee testing, enforce design standards, advise on CLM best practices, and contribute to reusable delivery assets and team development.
