Work exclusively with existing paying customers to identify upsell opportunities via calls, email, and social. Conduct high-volume outreach (140+ calls and 20–30 customer engagements daily), book qualified demos for Account Managers, manage prospecting activity in CRM, collaborate with Account Management, and experiment with outreach strategies to drive expansion.

Engage inbound UK trial leads, qualify needs, book demos for Account Executives, run discovery calls, multi-channel outreach, manage follow-up, and support pipeline growth and handoffs.

As an Account Executive, you will manage a sales pipeline, consult businesses on the platform, provide excellent customer service, and influence product development based on client feedback.
