Owns full-cycle recruitment across EMEA, with a focus on SaaS Go-to-Market roles including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services. Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders on hiring strategy, sources passive candidates, manages pipelines and offers, provides market intelligence, and improves recruiting processes. The role also supports inclusive hiring, candidate experience, employer branding, and mentoring across the Talent Acquisition team.

Manage complex enterprise customer accounts across EMEA, driving product adoption, value realization, retention, expansion, and renewals. Analyze customer usage and data, lead planning and roadmap discussions, coordinate internal teams to resolve technical issues, and advocate for customers. Build relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, provide software best practices, identify risks and opportunities, and guide customers through evolving revenue and contract management processes.

Leads EMEA Customer Success Managers serving complex global enterprise customers. Drives customer retention, expansion, methodology adherence, business outcomes, and customer advocacy while partnering cross-functionally with Go-To-Market, Product, Services, and Support teams. Coaches leaders, uses data to improve processes, manages ambiguity, and builds trusted executive-level relationships. Requires extensive enterprise B2B SaaS customer success leadership and strong business, technical, and communication skills.
