Manage strategic French-speaking B2B SaaS customers across onboarding, training, adoption, support, renewals, and expansion. Act as the primary client contact, coordinate implementation and issue resolution, drive product adoption and reduce churn, support feature rollouts, and provide customer feedback to product and marketing teams. The role requires native or near-native French, strong relationship and process management, C-suite communication, and familiarity with APIs and cloud platforms.

Own product marketing for a risk applications portfolio covering AML, transaction monitoring, payment screening, fraud detection, case management, and regulatory reporting. Lead positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and win-loss analysis. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success across UK/EMEA and APAC, translating technical capabilities into buyer-focused narratives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring autonomy, influence without authority, and practical use of AI-assisted workflows.

Build and own ComplyAdvantage’s GTM pipeline-generation engine, including data sourcing, web scraping, enrichment, account scoring, signal-based outbound plays, integrations, automations, and AI workflows. Connect Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay, and external data sources using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms. Partner with business development, marketing, Salesforce administrators, and BI to improve data quality, routing, pipeline attribution, and revenue-team productivity.
