Lead and redesign the global commercial sales function: build an AI-first, largely automated GTM engine; own new business, expansion, and retention; recruit and coach a high-performing team; establish qualification, forecasting, territory, and CRM standards; and drive cross-functional alignment with BD, Enterprise, Marketing, RevOps, and Product.
