Lead global post-sale organization (Solution Consulting, Global Services, Customer Success, CX Strategy & Ops). Own onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, and technical pre-sales; build an AI-led operating model, drive NRR/ARR, and execute the migration from Classic to Mesh. Serve as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and recruit regional leaders.

Lead strategic alignment between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops, optimize GTM processes using modern AI technologies, and manage performance metrics to drive business growth.
