Prospect outbound, qualify and manage pipeline, negotiate and close deals against quarterly targets, collaborate with SDRs, provide market feedback, and coach junior sales staff. Focus on solution/value-based selling and driving significant new business growth.

Lead global customer support teams, ensuring operational performance and quality. Utilize data and AI for decision-making while fostering a culture of accountability and improvement. Oversee L1 and L2 operations, training, and customer service standards

Lead the design of data platforms for AML/KYC and Fraud products, shaping data systems, coaching engineers, and setting technical direction across teams.
