Leads the global Marketing Operations function for a B2B SaaS organization, defining strategy, operating models, planning rhythms, analytics, attribution, forecasting, budgeting, marketing technology, AI adoption, governance, and data quality. Builds and manages a high-performing international team while partnering with Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, and executive leadership to improve commercial performance and scale global marketing operations.

Own product marketing for a risk applications portfolio covering AML, transaction monitoring, payment screening, fraud detection, case management, and regulatory reporting. Lead positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and win-loss analysis. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success across UK/EMEA and APAC, translating technical capabilities into buyer-focused narratives. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring autonomy, influence without authority, and practical use of AI-assisted workflows.

Own EMEA regional marketing execution by localizing global campaigns, managing events, sponsorships, webinars, partners, vendors, budget, and performance reporting. Collaborate with global marketing and regional sales teams to build plans, improve lead and pipeline contribution, monitor market trends, maintain brand consistency, and develop co-marketing partnerships across EMEA.

Sell ComplyAdvantage's AI-driven financial crime SaaS platform to fintechs, payments firms, banks and credit unions. Prospect outbound, qualify and manage pipeline, negotiate and close deals against quarterly targets, collaborate with SDRs, provide market feedback, and coach junior sales staff. Focus on solution/value-based selling and driving significant new business growth.

Manage a portfolio of French-speaking SaaS customers through onboarding, adoption, renewals and upsell. Act as trusted advisor, coordinate internal teams to resolve issues, drive product feedback and feature rollouts, and reduce churn while expanding account revenue.
