The Client Director is responsible for managing strategic enterprise accounts, ensuring customer success, driving adoption, retention, and growth. This role involves acting as a technical translator between clients and the product team, maintaining executive engagement, and overseeing account health and revenue through renewals and upselling.

Lead the development of an enterprise AI knowledge assistant's frontend, focusing on user experience, real-time data interfaces, and product direction.

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end AI-enabled web and desktop applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design features, optimize scalability and security, troubleshoot defects, participate in code reviews, and implement AI assistant technology integrated with enterprise systems.
