Serve in the CEO Office to drive and deliver the CEOs highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. Remove friction, force decisions, translate CEO priorities into operational plans, and provide accurate status and escalation. Operate credibly with senior leaders, run ambiguous/high-stakes workstreams to completion, and maintain discretion managing sensitive information.

The Optical Test Engineer will design test plans, build characterization rigs, develop SOPs, and analyze data for non-invasive brain monitoring technology at CoMind.

Own day-to-day finance operations for UK and US entities, manage bookkeeping, month-end close, reporting, budgeting, payroll support, tax and audit coordination, vendor payments, process improvement, and apply AI tools to modernize finance workflows.
