Own end-to-end deployment of defense software across the UK and European operational environments. Identify design partners, understand field workflows, drive onboarding and operational support, synthesize user feedback, and coordinate product iteration. Build trust with military and institutional stakeholders, navigate sensitive organizations, manage deployments under operational-security constraints, and collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams. The role is Paris-based with travel to active deployment areas, including Ukraine.

Build Comand AI’s UK defense-market presence by identifying military, government, partner, and procurement opportunities; developing trusted relationships; and guiding engagements from initial contact through experimentation, pilots, and contracts. The role requires navigating complex B2G sales cycles, translating software capabilities into operational value, building a pipeline from near zero, and converting field validation into commercial traction across defense organizations.
