Authenticate and evaluate trading cards (sports, non-sports, TCG) to PSA/eBay standards in an assembly-line environment. Maintain production goals, research counterfeits and grading standards, participate in training, and share knowledge to improve team accuracy and throughput.

Train and develop eBay Authenticity Guarantee (AG) authenticators: authenticate and assess trading cards, design and deliver hands-on and theoretical training, evaluate trainee performance, maintain training records and materials, mentor staff, stay current on counterfeits and industry trends, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and eBay AG leadership on vetting and recruitment. Onsite role in Ruislip, UK.

The Territory Manager will oversee daily operations for the London Receiving Center, managing a team of 15+, P&L responsibilities, and ensuring operational excellence while collaborating with European and US leadership teams.
