Delivers Workday Financials implementations from discovery through deployment. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, configuration across finance process areas, testing, deployment, documentation, stakeholder management, and client workshops. Supports pre-sales, practice development, and cross-functional collaboration with integrations, reporting, security, data conversion, change management, and project management teams. Requires Workday Financials implementation experience, finance process knowledge, consulting skills, and eligibility for UK SC clearance.

Leads Workday reporting and analytics delivery across multiple managed-services clients. Designs and optimizes reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data solutions; supports incidents, enhancements, releases, migrations, security, and troubleshooting. Partners with stakeholders on requirements and solution design, provides governance and functional leadership, mentors consultants, and drives service improvements, automation, and self-service reporting. Minimal travel and on-call coverage may be required.

Leads Workday solution architecture across sales and delivery, including proposals, estimates, implementation design, workshops, quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and functional oversight. Provides continuity from pursuit through deployment, mentors consultants, collaborates across technical and functional teams, and supports multiple HCM or Financial Management implementations.
