Lead international franchise growth across the UK and Europe by sourcing, negotiating, and closing master franchise partnerships. Build pipelines, manage full sales lifecycle, collaborate with legal and stakeholders, develop market entry strategies, and represent the brand to C-suite, investors and government. Track pipeline, meet aggressive revenue targets, and travel extensively to execute expansion plans.
