Support the Senior Director and international affiliates to grow affiliate businesses through marketing, PR, social media, digital analysis, training, magazine and website coordination, and bespoke marketing programmes. Manage marketing assets, produce presentations, run calls/events, ensure brand compliance, troubleshoot digital issues, and support agent training and visits.

Lead end-to-end proposal workflow for complex bids, manage and coach a writing team, partner with sales and SMEs, maintain response libraries, improve templates/processes, apply data and technology to optimize workflows, and ensure tailored, compliant submissions.

Support Account Manager to maintain client satisfaction, resolve billing/service issues, produce dashboard reports, coordinate projects and policy changes, advocate for clients, drive account growth (Share of Solutions), and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to prepare for renewals and strategic reviews.
