Drive technical discovery, solution design, demos, and proofs of concept; support deal strategy with Account Executives; enable integration into production environments; lead workshops, proposals, and evaluations; assist with competitive positioning and post-sales technical support while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support.

Own post-sales services commercial motion across EMEA: scope and price professional services, drive services attach from RFP to renewal, partner with AEs/SEs/PS delivery and partners, manage services pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce, and feed product/portfolio insights back to Services Product Management.

Drive net-new logo revenue by building and managing a sales pipeline, prospecting into accounts, collaborating with channel partners, developing territory sales plans, presenting proposals, and coordinating team selling to close enterprise IT deals.
