The role partners with hiring leaders, supports diversity and equitable hiring, and contributes to talent projects in a fast-growing AI company.

Lead Cohere’s corporate development strategy across M&A, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and government relationships. Evaluate acquisitions and investments, lead due diligence and post-merger integration, develop market-entry and partnership frameworks, negotiate complex alliances, and create joint go-to-market strategies. The role partners closely with product, engineering, legal, finance, sales, marketing, policy, and government relations teams to support sovereign AI deployments, regulatory compliance, revenue growth, and international expansion.

Own technical relationships with enterprise and government customers across the Nordics. Design enterprise architectures, lead customer evaluations and pilots, demonstrate AI solutions, translate business needs into technical solutions, advise on best practices, gather product feedback, and collaborate with account executives, partners, Product, and Engineering teams to drive adoption and scale solutions architecture processes.
