Build Cognition’s EMEA partner ecosystem from the ground up by sourcing, recruiting, enabling, and activating major consulting firms. Develop partnership strategy, create partner-initiated revenue, support deals, and help close business alongside partners. Collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to expand Devin’s enterprise reach and establish a scalable channel engine.

Coordinate EMEA recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, candidate hosting, communication, ATS data management, hiring metrics, events, and process improvement. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, leadership, and technical teams to keep hiring efficient and candidate experiences positive. The role requires managing multiple priorities, protecting sensitive information, solving logistical issues quickly, and working onsite in London five days per week.

Owns Cognition’s end-to-end EMEA marketing strategy, including brand presence, demand generation, account-based marketing, events, customer case studies, localization, and partner marketing. The role aligns marketing with regional sales priorities, develops co-marketing and go-to-market programs with resellers and systems integrators, translates complex AI products for enterprise and technical audiences, and tracks pipeline contribution and regional marketing performance.
