Drive revenue and portfolio growth across UK & Ireland financial institutions by originating and closing Trade Credit Insurance and structured trade finance deals, building senior client relationships, leading an FI sales team, collaborating with underwriting, risk and legal, and ensuring compliance with group policies and risk frameworks.

Define and execute the UK & Ireland Corporate Global Solutions sales plan, deliver new business and revenue targets, underwrite credit insurance commercial decisions, develop broker and key account relationships, champion CRM use, collaborate with Marketing and Commercial Operations, and ensure KYC and due diligence before sales are recorded.

Manage and grow relationships with assigned mid-market clients, drive revenue through strategic account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, conduct senior-level negotiations, monitor KPIs and reporting, collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions, ensure regulatory (FCA) compliance, and contribute to mid-market marketing strategies.
