Own EMEA sales enablement as an individual contributor: create/adapt playbooks, training, and regional content; run onboarding and ongoing programs; partner with Product Marketing, Marketing, and sales leadership; identify gaps and build practical resources to support enterprise sales across diverse EMEA markets.

Build and operate backend systems enabling enterprise deployments of Coder. Design and implement scalable backend architecture, improve upgrade and migration reliability, investigate and resolve production scalability issues, own operator-facing backend features, document tradeoffs, participate in design reviews and on-call rotations.

Lead the full product lifecycle for Coder Agents: define vision and strategy, validate new personas, research customer needs, ship GA and scale, partner with engineering/design/GTM, shape pricing/licensing, lead enterprise customer conversations, and mentor other PMs.
