Owns solution architecture for multiple customer projects centered on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise integrations, ALM and environment strategy, technical documentation, delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, mentoring, and pre-sales support. The role leads project deliveries, advises customers on platform capabilities and implementation best practices, collaborates with developers, and manages technical, commercial, resource, and budget considerations across agile and waterfall engagements.

Senior Azure Integration Engineer responsible for designing, developing and modernising Azure-based integration and data solutions. Work includes developing ADF/SSIS/Logic Apps pipelines, C#/.NET WebJobs, hybrid SHIR/SFTP integrations, troubleshooting end-to-end integration chains, improving platform reliability, supporting DevOps CI/CD via Azure DevOps, and contributing to security, monitoring and operational runbooks within a public-sector managed-services environment.

Design and implement Microsoft-based security architectures (Azure, Entra, Defender, Sentinel). Consult with clients to gather requirements, produce solution proposals, ensure governance/compliance, lead technical delivery, and produce detailed documentation.
