Facilitates workshops, supports estimation, testing, user acceptance, scope management, stakeholder sign-off, and change adoption while using approved AI tools to improve requirements development.

Designs, configures, and delivers Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions using Dataverse, apps, workflows, integrations, and Azure services. Partners with clients and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions, supports pre-sales, planning, estimation, quality assurance, and risk mitigation, and mentors technical teams. The role also drives platform adoption, solution governance, security, environment management, and ALM best practices.

Leads end-to-end technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations. Designs scalable solutions, integrations, APIs, workflows, reports, governance standards, and development practices. Provides technical leadership, reviews designs and code, mentors teams, facilitates client workshops, supports presales, and translates business requirements into technical solutions. Works across implementation, upgrades, testing, deployment, and optimization while engaging senior stakeholders and guiding integrations with Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.
