Lead enterprise Microsoft solution architecture across Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and related technologies. Chair technical design authorities, establish architecture standards and governance, guide cloud modernization, optimize cost and scalability, develop reusable patterns, mentor technical teams, and advise senior stakeholders on strategic technology decisions.

Gathers requirements, designs and documents solutions, guides developers, supports agile and waterfall delivery, and contributes to pre-sales activities including proposals, prototypes, and demonstrations. The role provides strategic technical advice, manages complex integrations and enterprise architecture considerations, leads project delivery, and maintains customer and internal stakeholder relationships.

Designs, develops, enhances, and supports enterprise solutions built with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform. Responsibilities include custom plugin and workflow development, integrations, automation, solution architecture, performance optimization, technical troubleshooting, application modernization, and release management using Azure DevOps. The role collaborates with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications.

Design, configure, and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions using Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure integrations, and custom development. Translate business needs into scalable architectures, advise clients, support pre-sales, and maintain stakeholder relationships. Lead delivery activities including planning, estimation, sprint execution, quality assurance, risk mitigation, and mentoring consultants and developers.

Provide expert administration, architecture, consultancy, troubleshooting, and incident resolution across on-premises SharePoint and SharePoint Online. Manage site collections, permissions, databases, service applications, security, performance, and availability. Support migrations and upgrades, develop SPFx solutions using TypeScript and React, and build Power Platform solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams in SLA-driven environments while automating support and resolving recurring issues.

Provides expert administration, consultancy, troubleshooting, incident resolution, optimization, and migration support across on-premises and online SharePoint environments. The role manages SharePoint architecture, permissions, databases, service applications, security, performance, and availability. It also develops custom SPFx, TypeScript, and React solutions; builds Power Platform applications and automations; supports Microsoft 365 integrations; and works within ticketing and SLA-driven environments.

Owns solution architecture for multiple customer projects centered on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. Lead solution strategy and roadmaps for Power Platform/D365 CE, own technical scope and delivery governance, define Azure integration and identity patterns, enforce ALM/CI-CD and DLP, mentor senior consultants, shape commercials and client workshops, and assess AI/Copilot opportunities.
