Leads end-to-end technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP implementations. Designs scalable solutions, integrations, APIs, workflows, reports, governance standards, and development practices. Provides technical leadership, reviews designs and code, mentors teams, facilitates client workshops, supports presales, and translates business requirements into technical solutions. Works across implementation, upgrades, testing, deployment, and optimization while engaging senior stakeholders and guiding integrations with Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and third-party systems.

Lead enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solution architecture from strategy through delivery. Design integrations, data models, security, environments, DevOps and ALM approaches while ensuring scalability, resilience and performance. Facilitate technical discovery and architecture reviews, advise senior client stakeholders, establish governance and reusable patterns, guide technology strategy, and mentor architects and senior consultants across complex Microsoft consulting programmes.

Designs, develops, enhances, and supports enterprise solutions built with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform. Responsibilities include custom plugin and workflow development, integrations, automation, solution architecture, performance optimization, technical troubleshooting, application modernization, and release management using Azure DevOps. The role collaborates with consultants, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable business applications.

Owns solution architecture for multiple customer projects centered on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft technology stack. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, enterprise integrations, ALM and environment strategy, technical documentation, delivery oversight, stakeholder communication, mentoring, and pre-sales support. The role leads project deliveries, advises customers on platform capabilities and implementation best practices, collaborates with developers, and manages technical, commercial, resource, and budget considerations across agile and waterfall engagements.

Lead solution strategy and roadmaps for Power Platform/D365 CE, own technical scope and delivery governance, define Azure integration and identity patterns, enforce ALM/CI-CD and DLP, mentor senior consultants, shape commercials and client workshops, and assess AI/Copilot opportunities.
