Design, build, and maintain low-code applications, workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports using Microsoft Power Platform, Airtable, and Power BI. Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions, automate business processes, apply data modeling and DAX, and extend platforms with JavaScript, Python, APIs, and AI-assisted development. Responsibilities also include testing, documentation, maintenance, security, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

Leads the global Insider Risk and Data Loss Prevention capability within cyber operations. Owns strategy, product roadmap, service stability, budget, control improvement, investigations, detection tuning, governance, and operational reporting. Manages a global team, oversees sensitive case handling, coordinates with HR, Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and Security stakeholders, and manages vendors and platforms including Microsoft Purview, Sentinel, Proofpoint, and ServiceNow DLP.

Monitor and investigate data loss incidents, contain insider-risk events, fine-tune DLP and security policies, escalate complex cases, implement controls across enterprise security platforms, develop automated detection logic, and produce operational reporting on control effectiveness and team efficiency.
