Serve as a senior automotive SME to support frontline agents and clients: diagnose vehicle issues, handle escalations, provide RCA, design and deliver technical training, maintain knowledge base, analyze contact-center data, coordinate with dealerships and stakeholders, and produce regular reports and insights.

Lead Revenue Operations analytics: partner with VP Revenue to implement forecasting, pipeline management, KPIs, and CRM best practices; build and mentor a RevOps analytics team; improve sales processes, reporting and commissions; support marketing with attribution, lead scoring, and campaign optimization to drive revenue growth.

Design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure cloud platforms; support CI, automation, monitoring, and migrations of legacy systems to AWS; resolve performance, vulnerability, and scalability issues; create operational documentation and collaborate with stakeholders.
