Own vision, roadmap and adoption for assigned legal tech platforms. Embed tools into workflows, drive user adoption, run pilots/proofs-of-concept, ensure security and data protection, manage suppliers and contracts, deliver training and client-facing sessions, and partner with Innovation, Legal Operations and IT to prioritise and implement product improvements.

Lead and deliver business development and marketing for the Corporate practice: manage a BD team, own planning and budgets, build BD infrastructure, support pitches and proposals, run campaigns and events, drive client targeting, manage communications/PR, and coordinate directory and awards submissions.

Lead and coordinate high-quality content across CMS UK and international offices. Shape thought leadership, manage multi‑stakeholder content programmes from briefing to publication, advise senior stakeholders on messaging and tone, and improve content processes, governance, distribution and performance measurement to support business development.
