Coordinates Responsible Business and ESG programmes, including employee engagement, volunteering, client collaborations, events, communications, research, and community partnerships. Maintains records and engagement data, supports reporting, budgets, invoices, donations, and fundraising platforms, and helps evaluate programme impact. The role also manages stakeholder relationships and independently delivers projects with guidance from the wider Responsible Business team.

Lead global business development and marketing for the Disputes and Contentious Regulatory practice. Manage and develop a small BD team, plan and deliver pitches, campaigns, events and thought leadership, oversee BD infrastructure and awards submissions, contribute to business planning and budgeting, and build strong partner and internal relationships to support firmwide strategy.

Manage day-to-day secretarial staff and workflow for a practice group, deliver PA/operational support to Practice Group leaders, oversee mentoring, recruitment/induction, performance management, Workday leave/absence processes, quality checks, and lead continuous improvement and adoption of new processes and AI-driven tools.
