Supports HR projects, change initiatives, and generalist HR advisory services across Business Services. Coordinates project plans, tracks milestones, prepares stakeholder updates, and uses people data to inform decisions. Advises managers on employee relations, performance, talent, absence, family leave, flexible working, wellbeing, reward, and succession planning. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships while supporting continuous improvement and cyclical HR activities.

Lead the firm's global Pro Bono programme, setting strategy, overseeing legal work, building partnerships, embedding participation across the firm, and measuring social impact. The role requires strategic leadership, organisational change, stakeholder engagement, innovation, governance, and collaboration with ESG and Social Impact teams.

Manage day-to-day secretarial staff and workflow for a practice group, deliver PA/operational support to Practice Group leaders, oversee mentoring, recruitment/induction, performance management, Workday leave/absence processes, quality checks, and lead continuous improvement and adoption of new processes and AI-driven tools.
