Provide risk and compliance support across the firm: respond to queries, advise on SRA Code of Conduct, review client/contract terms, assist audits, investigations and data protection matters, deliver training, and help maintain risk processes and policies.

Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage meeting room bookings, provide AV and video-conferencing setup and support, maintain reception standards, handle queries and administrative tasks, and assist with events and ad hoc client requests.
