Business Analyst supporting the development of a Pega CRM platform. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, creating user stories and process flows, analysing customer journeys, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating UAT, and collaborating with stakeholders, architects, developers, QA, and operational teams. The role focuses on improving onboarding, servicing, financial crime, and operational workflows while meeting governance and regulatory requirements.

Supports pricing and risk application initiatives by translating business needs into requirements, specifications, user stories, and test plans. Collaborates with product, development, quantitative, dealing, and vendor teams in an Agile environment. Tracks delivery progress, maintains documentation for risk and audit purposes, supports user training, and escalates issues. Requires financial services experience, strong business analysis skills, Agile methodology knowledge, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Excel.
