Qualify buyers, understand their property needs, arrange and conduct viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales through completion, manage client expectations, and build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Provides senior administrative and operational support to Valuation teams, including client and supplier onboarding, invoicing, pipeline updates, document formatting, electronic file management, data quality, inbox and task monitoring, reporting-system support, reception cover, and coordination of competing priorities. The role also identifies process improvements, supports client and lender requirements, and helps transfer suitable administrative tasks from fee earners to Business Support.

The role involves providing rating advice, managing client relationships, and navigating valuation processes for a variety of property types.
