Partner with first-line business owners to identify, assess and mitigate operational risks. Perform controls assurance testing, support remediation and incident management, develop testing strategy, and drive consistent control standards and a risk-aware culture across the organisation.

Coordinate and manage the penetration testing program: liaise with external vendors, ensure test prerequisites and access, onboard/offboard testers, document and track findings and remediation, produce metrics and reports for governance, escalate SLA breaches, and help develop pen testing infrastructure, standards and runbooks.

Join the Chief Controls Office to enhance the RCSA and Issue Management frameworks, develop 1LoD standards, strengthen non-financial risk oversight, partner with business owners, and drive consistent control governance and risk-aware culture across the first line.
