Support senior Technology executives through calendar and diary management, meeting preparation, frequent domestic and international travel coordination, expense processing, phone coverage, records management, and confidential correspondence. Provide backup support to other executive assistants, manage competing priorities, coordinate across time zones, and maintain high standards of organization, communication, discretion, and service in a fast-paced environment.

Lead and enhance CLS's Business Continuity Management program: maintain pandemic and continuity plans, deliver scenario testing and training, manage third-party resilience, perform risk and country assessments, support crisis management, and ensure regulatory and audit requirements are met.

Lead design and delivery of an enterprise continuity program to improve CLS operational resilience. Identify critical services and impact tolerances, map scenarios and vulnerabilities, deliver tooling and dashboards, run resilience testing and training, engage regulators and executives, and drive remediation and enterprise-wide continuity planning across technology, third party, facilities and people risks.
