Supports the Chief Services Officer and senior Operations managers through complex calendar and diary management, meeting preparation, frequent domestic and international travel coordination, expense processing, phone coverage, records management, and administrative support. The role requires excellent organization, communication, judgment, confidentiality, multitasking, and time management in a fast-paced financial services environment. It also provides backup support to other executive assistants and requires flexibility for overtime during key periods.

Leads CLS’s global Cybersecurity Operations function, setting strategy for threat detection, incident response, digital forensics, DLP, UEBA, Purple Teaming, and detective controls. Oversees security engineering, vendors, third-party integrations, governance, executive reporting, talent development, and regulatory alignment. The role requires extensive cybersecurity leadership experience in highly regulated environments, strong technical expertise across SIEM, SOAR, cloud and endpoint security, and the ability to direct complex cyber incident response programs.

Leads CLS’s Cyber Hygiene and Data pillar, establishing enterprise strategies and teams for data protection, application security, vulnerability management, cryptography, data governance, and secure software development. Oversees regulatory and audit readiness, risk remediation, vendors, governance reporting, budgets, and talent development while partnering directly with the CISO in a highly regulated financial-services environment.
