Lead strategy, roadmap, customer experience, commercial model, and go-to-market for Cloudflare’s certificate authority business. Define ACME-first certificate lifecycle products, partner with engineering on reliable and secure infrastructure, and coordinate with compliance, legal, security, operations, sales, and marketing. Drive customer discovery, ecosystem trust, pricing, adoption, and launch planning while addressing WebPKI requirements, audits, incident response, and emerging technologies such as post-quantum certificates.

Provides onsite IT support across macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints; manages user accounts, permissions, hardware provisioning, inventory, onboarding, offboarding, and secure disposal. Supports Google Workspace, conference room systems, town halls, and escalated technical issues. Uses AI tools for incident summaries, ticket resolution, and documentation. Requires full-time onsite availability and participation in an after-hours on-call rotation.

Designs and operates distributed database systems across query execution, transaction processing, durable storage, concurrency, replication, recovery, and upgrades. Responsibilities include improving database performance, building deterministic failure simulations, managing stateful rollouts, participating in on-call response, leading production changes and investigations, and mentoring engineers. The role requires deep systems expertise and experience operating correctness-sensitive stateful services in production.
