Manage Cloudflare’s strategic EMEA service provider partnerships, developing joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, integrated solutions, and revenue growth initiatives. Build executive relationships, negotiate agreements, oversee partner incentives, training, enablement, forecasting, pipeline development, and quarterly business reviews. Collaborate across sales, engineering, product, marketing, customer success, and operations teams to execute partnership strategies and expand service provider business.

Leads Cloudflare’s UKI Digital Native sales team, driving revenue growth, market strategy, hiring, forecasting, account planning, technical selling, and executive engagement. The role manages Territory Account Executives, partners with solution engineering, customer success, and marketing, develops developer-focused customer relationships, and represents Cloudflare at industry events. Travel within UKI is required.

Design, implement, and maintain distributed software systems supporting Cloudflare’s application security products, including Rate Limiting and Web Application Firewall. Participate across the software development lifecycle, write automated tests, monitor production deployments, debug complex systems, review code, collaborate with security and infrastructure teams, and mentor colleagues. The role involves Rust and Go development, databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and maintaining reliable, fault-tolerant systems at scale, with possible on-call responsibilities.
