Lead the post-sale customer journey from onboarding through renewal, serving as a trusted advisor and commercial owner. Manage retention, upsells, forecasts, negotiations, success plans, executive business reviews, and stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to achieve customer goals. Use AI, analytics, and workflow automation to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and maximize customer outcomes.

Owns EMEA sales enablement outcomes by improving rep productivity, onboarding, methodology adoption, deal velocity, win rates, and quota attainment. The role designs AI-enabled onboarding programs, coaches managers and sales representatives, analyzes productivity and competitive data, manages content rollouts, and localizes reusable enablement assets. It partners with regional enablement and sales operations teams to diagnose skill gaps and improve field execution.

Respond to complex enterprise cyberattacks through Cloudflare Managed Defense, including Layer 3, 4, and 7 DDoS and application security incidents. Investigate telemetry, analyze packets and traffic, create mitigation rules, monitor alerts, communicate with customers during active incidents, maintain runbooks, lead onboarding and security reviews, and collaborate with engineering and threat intelligence teams. The role requires rotating 24x7 shifts and expertise in network and application security.
