Generate and qualify sales opportunities as the first point of contact, develop customer-centric sales skills, meet quota, manage leads and pipeline in SFDC, collaborate with sales stakeholders, and iterate team processes. Requires English and German and working from Lisbon (hybrid).

Support Global Customer Services by designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven prototypes using LLMs and RAG, integrating AI via APIs, preparing post-sales data for training, refining prompts and models, translating business needs into MVPs, creating documentation, and participating in customer sessions to capture feedback.
