Manage the post-sale customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewals, driving adoption, retention, upsells, and contract growth. Serve as a trusted advisor, lead business reviews, negotiate renewals, maintain forecasts, and identify commercial opportunities through data analysis. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing to resolve customer needs and execute success plans. Use generative AI, analytics, and workflow automation to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Design, build, run, and scale distributed tools and data pipelines to support threat disruption and platform abuse efforts. Translate legal and security requirements into scalable services, improve system architecture, monitor production (on-call), collaborate with Threat Intelligence, Legal and Product teams, and mentor other developers to promote testing and best practices.

Owns EMEA sales enablement outcomes by improving rep productivity, onboarding, methodology adoption, deal velocity, win rates, and quota attainment. The role designs AI-enabled onboarding programs, coaches managers and sales representatives, analyzes productivity and competitive data, manages content rollouts, and localizes reusable enablement assets. It partners with regional enablement and sales operations teams to diagnose skill gaps and improve field execution.
