Generate pipeline and qualify inbound and marketing leads for Sales by creating excellent customer experiences, mapping customer pain to Cloudflare solutions, meeting quota, tracking activity in Salesforce (SFDC), and collaborating with account executives and stakeholders. Role requires Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish language skills and is based in Lisbon on a hybrid schedule.

Support Global Customer Services by designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven prototypes using LLMs and RAG, integrating AI via APIs, preparing post-sales data for training, refining prompts and models, translating business needs into MVPs, creating documentation, and participating in customer sessions to capture feedback.

Support Cloudflare Professional Services by designing and deploying AI-driven prototypes (LLMs, RAG, predictive models) to automate PMO and resourcing workflows; clean and structure post-sales data for model training; refine prompts and model parameters; translate leadership needs into technical requirements and MVPs; and document knowledge bases, workflows, and deployment steps to improve team efficiency.

Support Network Strategy through special project execution, interconnection and network acquisition operational support, strategic data analysis and research, documentation and KPI tracking, and progress reporting during a full-time 12-week fall internship in London.

Manage litigation matters globally, formulate strategies, work with external counsel, and address legal issues including intellectual property and regulatory matters.
