Teams at Cloudbeds

Build, ship, and operate Cloudbeds' POS: work across React Native/Expo frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, PostgreSQL, synchronization/offline patterns, and cloud-native infrastructure (Terraform, Kubernetes, Argo CD). Own API design, reliability, testing, observability, production support, and cross-team collaboration to deliver dependable, scalable POS experiences for hospitality.

Lead and scale mid-market onboarding (25-100+ room) from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics and staffing plans; manage project managers and coaches; improve onboarding velocity, deployment quality, CSAT, and early retention; serve as senior escalation and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.

Hunt and acquire new hospitality customers for Cloudbeds' SaaS platform through proactive outreach, cold-calling, demos, local events and property visits. Build prospect lists, identify partnership opportunities, represent the brand locally, and exceed sales targets while collaborating with Partnerships and product teams.
