Lead and scale mid-market onboarding (25-100+ room) from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics and staffing plans; manage project managers and coaches; improve onboarding velocity, deployment quality, CSAT, and early retention; serve as senior escalation and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Account Management.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade ML systems for revenue management. Own end-to-end ML lifecycle: data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring, testing, and scaling. Collaborate with product and engineering to define SLIs/SLOs, optimize pricing strategies, and mentor cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, high-quality ML-driven features.
