Own and improve Clipboard’s internal operations tooling ecosystem by building workflows, integrations, and automations. Partner with Engineering and Operations leaders to define requirements, write technical specifications, prioritize initiatives, troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and introduce AI-driven solutions that increase operational efficiency and scalability.

Work as a generalist on Strategy & Operations with initial focus on Billing: improve collections, build predictive models, vet vendors (including AI agents), redesign payment conversion processes, and manage Billing Account Managers. Drive cross-functional projects to speed cash conversion, reduce losses, and preserve customer experience while supporting scalable growth.
