Work as a generalist on Strategy & Operations with initial focus on Billing: improve collections, build predictive models, vet vendors (including AI agents), redesign payment conversion processes, and manage Billing Account Managers. Drive cross-functional projects to speed cash conversion, reduce losses, and preserve customer experience while supporting scalable growth.

Supports centralized recruiting through ATS management, interview coordination, candidate communication, sourcing, pipeline development, hiring metrics, screening processes, and candidate-experience improvements. Partners with hiring managers on target profiles and hiring requirements, identifies funnel bottlenecks, and recommends process improvements. The role is fully remote and embedded with hiring teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Designs, maintains, and improves internal healthcare operations knowledge systems. Responsibilities include converting complex workflows into clear SOPs, auditing and refining knowledge bases, closing documentation gaps, answering recurring knowledge questions through process improvements, and partnering with operations and compliance teams to ensure accuracy. The role also proposes systemic enhancements to improve how teams access and use internal information.
