Create and execute graphic design across advertising, social, case studies, presentations, digital, print, experiential, marketing, campaigns, and events. Own projects from brief through final QA, maintain Clio’s visual brand, support sub-brand identity work, and collaborate with creative leads and stakeholders. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish design capability, strong production skills, brand-system experience, and proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and AI design tools.

Build, automate, and operate AWS-based production infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD. Improve observability, reliability, cost and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security, MLOps and Product teams to deliver scalable cloud systems.

Oversee resource demand, capacity, allocation, and utilization across internal, partner, and contractor teams in EMEA, NAMER, and APAC. Forecast staffing needs, resolve scheduling conflicts, align skills with project requirements, and support hiring and resource augmentation. Manage competency frameworks, identify skill gaps, coordinate training and upskilling, and report on billable utilization, resource usage, profitability, and project status to senior leadership.
