Drive enterprise lead generation for Clio's legal AI solutions by prospecting target accounts, engaging senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, collaborating with Account Executives, documenting activity in Salesforce, and meeting daily KPIs to build pipeline and support revenue growth.

Own Vincent's legal content strategy and design the "Certification" citator signal layer. Define quality standards, expand jurisdictional coverage via new sourcing and indexing approaches, and drive end-to-end product strategy and launches in partnership with Engineering, Design, and legal SMEs. Rapidly learn legal specifics, build business cases, and measure impact in an ambiguous, high-stakes AI legal product space.

Lead successful implementations of Clio Operate (ShareDo) for mid-to-large law firms. Own commercial outcomes, resource and financial management, planning, risk, stakeholder communication, and drive Agile delivery, change management, testing, and handoff to support while improving processes and customer satisfaction.

Serve as a consultative advisor to elite law firms and corporate legal teams, driving AI adoption in legal research, drafting, and workflows. Lead tailored demos, design and run pilots, influence buying decisions with Account Executives, and guide cultural and process change to achieve measurable outcomes. Capture customer insights to inform product and go-to-market strategy and collaborate on marketing and enablement to showcase AI success stories.

Build, automate, and operate AWS-based production infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD. Improve observability, reliability, cost and security, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Security, MLOps and Product teams to deliver scalable cloud systems.

Lead and scale Clio's international Customer Success organization across EMEA and beyond. Own CS strategy, team structure, and KPIs (NRR, GRR, expansion, CSAT), build AI-first success motions (high-touch, scaled, digital), drive Clio Work adoption, partner cross-functionally on GTM and product feedback, manage forecasting/budgeting, and serve as escalation executive for critical customer incidents.
