Responsibilities include installing, configuring, patching, backup/recovery (RMAN), performance tuning, RAC administration, disaster recovery design, customer-facing consultancy, pre-sales input, training, and on-call support. Promote AI/automation opportunities and collaborate with development and technical teams to improve scalability, reliability and operational efficiency.

Lead delivery of large-scale healthcare software implementations across NHS Trusts and hospitals. Manage full project lifecycle, governance, risks, budgets, schedules, customer acceptance, and handovers while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers. Drive process improvements and apply AI tools to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Lead strategy and growth for Clinisys Ordering solutions across the UK. Define product vision, prioritise AI and data-driven features, drive commercial adoption, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory and clinical alignment. Use telemetry and customer insight to optimise outcomes and deliver high-impact, market-leading diagnostic informatics.
