The role owns programme performance, quality, budgets, profitability, and customer satisfaction while supporting digital transformation across Professional Services.

Investigate and resolve customer complaints, clinical safety issues, and product risks across diagnostic products. Manage complaint lifecycles, assess regulatory reporting obligations, conduct root cause analysis, support CAPA and post-market surveillance, maintain hazard logs, and apply risk management standards. Use data analytics and AI tools for complaint trending and signal detection, present findings to stakeholders, and maintain audit-ready quality records while supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement.

Lead delivery of large-scale healthcare software implementations across NHS Trusts and hospitals. Manage full project lifecycle, governance, risks, budgets, schedules, customer acceptance, and handovers while coordinating internal teams and third-party suppliers. Drive process improvements and apply AI tools to enhance delivery and outcomes.

Support product management in defining requirements, coordinating development, conducting market and user research, collaborating on UX, monitoring product metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance (HIPAA/FDA), and creating product documentation. Work closely with engineering, design, QA, clinical experts, and stakeholders to launch and optimize healthcare technology products with AI-enabled capabilities.

Designs, configures, and deploys Clinisys LIMS solutions for healthcare and laboratory customers across the UK and Ireland. Leads workflow analysis, solution design, implementation, validation, testing, go-live, integrations, and transition to support. Serves as a technical advisor, collaborates with customers and delivery partners, drives standardization and continuous improvement, and identifies opportunities to use AI for automation, efficiency, data quality, and decision support.

Lead strategy and growth for Clinisys Ordering solutions across the UK. Define product vision, prioritise AI and data-driven features, drive commercial adoption, influence cross-functional teams, and ensure regulatory and clinical alignment. Use telemetry and customer insight to optimise outcomes and deliver high-impact, market-leading diagnostic informatics.

Provide service-desk incident administration and resolution for Clinisys pathology products within SLA. Manage calls, escalate appropriately, train users, support on-call rota, build customer rapport, and use AI tools to improve processes.

Deliver, deploy, automate and support customer infrastructure and software across on-prem, cloud and hosted environments. Design and manage Windows and Azure solutions, build ADO pipelines and PowerShell/YAML automation, troubleshoot networking, storage, virtualization and security issues, produce technical documentation, support implementations and escalations, and apply AI tooling and operational best practices.

Support global product marketing by executing campaigns, developing messaging and sales enablement, driving demand generation, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining competitive and regulatory alignment. Leverage AI-enabled tools for content, targeting, segmentation, lead scoring, and optimization while collaborating with Product, Sales, and global Marketing teams to increase awareness, adoption, and pipeline.

Manage full lifecycle delivery of customer-facing software implementation projects (initiation to go-live) for healthcare organisations. Own plans, timelines, risks, budgets, resources, governance, stakeholder communications, reporting, go-lives and transition to support. Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers while handling multiple concurrent projects.
