Leads global business development and marketing strategy for the firm's Disputes practice. Oversees market research, client targeting, revenue-generation initiatives, RFPs, campaigns, events, communications, thought leadership, and marketing materials. Advises partners, supports cross-selling and lateral hiring strategy, manages global BD stakeholders, and develops team talent. Works across regions and functions to align activities with firmwide strategy, technology roadmaps, and operating models.

Designs and improves structured legal and client knowledge assets across search, intranet, taxonomy, content operations, and AI-enabled solutions. The role develops metadata models, supports retrieval and prompt workflows, evaluates AI outputs, maps legal workflows, shapes prototypes and pilots, and improves discoverability, governance, adoption, and reuse. It collaborates with lawyers, product, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations teams to deliver practical, secure, and scalable knowledge experiences.

Supports global business development and marketing strategy for a legal services product group.
