Provide strategic legal counsel on AI, data, cybersecurity and emerging tech across cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and public policy. Lead high-stakes mandates, manage client relationships, mentor teams, design data protection and cyber incident strategies, and drive thought leadership and business development.

Embed with deal and litigation teams to scope, configure and deploy legal technology (document review, contract analysis, automation, eDiscovery, transaction management). Advise clients, deliver demos/POCs, drive adoption, capture market insights for product teams, ensure compliance and optimise workflows to improve efficiency and revenue.

Advise Practice Area leadership on workflow planning and lawyer resourcing to maximise profitability and development. Attend partner meetings, manage cross-practice and cross-jurisdiction allocations, balance workloads, provide career guidance, produce utilisation and forecast reports, promote lower-cost resourcing, support D&I and resource projects (including AI exploration), and deliver trainee presentations.
