Provide strategic legal counsel on AI, data, cybersecurity and emerging tech across cross-border transactions, regulatory compliance, and public policy. Lead high-stakes mandates, manage client relationships, mentor teams, design data protection and cyber incident strategies, and drive thought leadership and business development.

As a Senior Associate in the Incentives team, you will provide legal advice on incentive plans, remuneration governance, and corporate transactions while managing compliance with tax and regulatory matters.

As a Senior Associate/Director, you will advise on international and domestic tax issues, engage in complex transactions, and build client relationships within a global law firm.

Support BD and marketing strategy for the Corporate Transactions & Advisory Group, working with partners globally to identify and pursue revenue opportunities. Drive implementation of BD plans, research market trends, contribute to pitches, manage flagship client events and marketing campaigns, and support reputation-building and thought leadership initiatives while aligning activities to the BD operating model.
