Own and improve the Customer Operations quality assurance practice. Responsibilities include reviewing scorecards and sampling methods, assessing complex interactions, calibrating internal and outsourced teams, coaching support specialists, analyzing QA and customer satisfaction trends, identifying root causes, recommending process improvements, reporting risks to leadership, and partnering with Risk and Compliance in a regulated environment.

Lead end-to-end data science and machine learning solutions for dynamic content targeting, from business conception through production deployment and impact evaluation. Partner with stakeholders, improve model quality and lifecycle processes, use model outputs to guide user experiences, and explore emerging AI techniques. The role requires advanced Python, SQL, dbt, statistical modeling, production ML deployment, and clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Lead FP&A activities across the global group, deliver budgeting, financial modelling, and commercial analysis, partner with business leaders, support strategic investment assessment and build FP&A capability.
