Lead ClearScore's knowledge strategy and hands-on maintenance of the canonical knowledge corpus. Define standards to separate authoritative knowledge from working documents, run review cycles, decommission stale content, build a federated maintainer model, capture learnings from launches/incidents, and specify how knowledge should be structured and served for AI consumption.

Design and build reliable data pipelines and data products using dbt and Databricks. Define modelling standards, testing, documentation, and observability. Collaborate with stakeholders, resolve production incidents, automate processes, and lead data initiatives end-to-end to support analytics and CRM use cases.
