Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Data and Commercial stakeholders, structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, and elevate product thinking across the team to deliver sustainable user and partner value.

Manage end-to-end payroll for ~500 employees across multiple countries, ensure compliance with payroll legislation, handle payroll queries, reconciliations, journal entries, expense reimbursements, and drive payroll process improvements and automation.

The Senior Compliance Manager will provide expert compliance advice, monitor regulations and internal policies, train staff, and support governance in compliance initiatives.
