Leads the global Web of Science Research Intelligence product portfolio, setting its vision, strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and AI-native platform evolution. Oversees product planning, prioritization, investment, commercialization, customer adoption, and integration across research analytics, bibliometrics, funding intelligence, and institutional decision-support products. Partners with engineering, data science, design, sales, marketing, and customer success while building a high-performing global product organization and serving as an executive thought leader.

Provide onsite and remote IT support across UK locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, mobile devices, connectivity, Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and endpoint environments. Deploy and configure devices, manage provisioning and asset lifecycle records, support meeting-room technologies, and deliver high-quality assistance to employees and executives. Own incidents and service requests through resolution, collaborate with stakeholders, escalate complex issues, and contribute to documentation, process improvement, modernization, security, and governance initiatives.
