Lead commercial management for high-value residential and mixed-use projects, owning procurement strategy, contractor and consultant appointments, commercial and contract management, budget planning, risk control, and reporting to senior stakeholders.

Support the Head of Legal Services and Legal Services Team with administration and legal work focused on litigation, contracts and property matters. Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision, attend regional meetings/roadshows, and work in a hybrid London-based arrangement. Role requires eligibility to work in the UK and successful Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.

Manage income and arrears for housing residents, conduct tenant home visits, provide advice and support, use Microsoft Dynamics/CRM to maintain records, prepare court documentation when required, and negotiate outcomes to maximise income collection and reduce arrears.
