Maintain communal areas across housing estates by sweeping, mopping, litter picking, cleaning bin areas, inspecting premises, and completing health and safety checks. The role requires maintaining clean, hazard-free environments, delivering customer-focused estate services, and travelling across the region as needed.

Support the Head of Legal Services and Legal Services Team with administration and legal work focused on litigation, contracts and property matters. Manage a varied workload with minimal supervision, attend regional meetings/roadshows, and work in a hybrid London-based arrangement. Role requires eligibility to work in the UK and successful Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.

Manage income and arrears for housing residents, conduct tenant home visits, provide advice and support, use Microsoft Dynamics/CRM to maintain records, prepare court documentation when required, and negotiate outcomes to maximise income collection and reduce arrears.
