Build and own customer-facing frontend features from concept to production for an AI-enabled claims platform. Improve product usability and consistency, establish frontend best practices and patterns, collaborate with users and engineering to optimize workflows, and leverage AI and modern frontend technologies to boost user productivity and operational efficiency.

Own full customer lifecycle for insurer clients: lead onboarding and go-live, coordinate Ops/Claims/Product, manage SLAs and executive updates, de-escalate risk, drive renewals and expansion, and create repeatable playbooks.

The Operations Associate will improve claims processes by identifying inefficiencies, collaborating with teams, and implementing new workflows and data metrics.
