Design and analyze mechanical building-services systems for residential, education, commercial, leisure, and low-carbon projects. Prepare calculations, drawings, reports, tenders, feasibility studies, cost estimates, and risk assessments. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated designs. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, conduct reviews and quality checks, comply with CDM Regulations and QMS requirements, and support junior staff development.

Design and develop electrical building services (power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, communications) for UK projects. Perform calculations, produce drawings, reports and tender documentation, use industry analysis software, ensure compliance with codes (IEEE/NEC/IEC) and CDM 2015, self-check work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project timelines, budgets and resources under supervision.
