Manage day-to-day project delivery for an enterprise ERP implementation: coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders and vendors; produce integrated plans, manage scope, schedule, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions; drive change management, status reporting and delivery to time, scope and budget.

Lead business analysis for a large-scale ERP transformation: elicit and manage requirements, run workshops, design solutions, support UAT and adoption, align stakeholders, and drive process simplification across retail, wholesale, supply chain, logistics, warehousing, procurement, inventory and finance.

Support and improve the company's EDI and integration landscape: implement and support EDI standards, onboard customers and suppliers, configure catalogues (including punchout), support 3rd-party van stock and reporting, document technical processes, and provide 3rd-level service desk support for integrations.
