Provide in-home paediatric complex nursing for one of two sibling children, delivering TPN via central line, gastrostomy care, medication management, and person-centred support while building trusting relationships with the family.

Provide community-based paediatric nursing for children with complex needs, working with families and MDT. Deliver holistic, patient‑centred care following care plans, including tracheostomy care, ventilation support, respiratory physiotherapy, suctioning, catheter and bowel management, and PEG feeding.
